Rules for passenger drop-off by taxi at Sheremetyevo Airport

As of May 17, 2023, new Rules come into effect that define the procedure for dropping off taxi passengers at the terminal areas of Sheremetyevo International Airport. According to the new version of the Rules, the drop-off of passengers arriving at Terminals B and C by taxi must be carried out exclusively in the "DEPARTURE" zone – on the access lanes along the buildings of Parking B and Parking C. After this, airport visitors will be able to proceed within just a few minutes via the overhead walkways from the parking lots to the Terminals, passing through security checks directly in the parking buildings. Dropping off taxi passengers in the "ARRIVAL" zone will be considered a violation of the Rules, leading to measures being taken against the offending vehicle to block access to the terminal areas and Paid parking at Sheremetyevo International Airport for a period of 48 (forty-eight) hours. This measure will help optimize traffic flow on the access roads and terminal area, making the boarding/alighting of passengers quicker and more comfortable.
