How to get there
To the parking building
From Moscow via the Leningrad Highway (E105):
follow the sign for “SHEREMETYEVO-1” and turn onto Sheremetyevskoye Highway, then continue straight for 5.5 km. The parking is located on the left side of the highway, opposite Terminal B. The exit from the highway is to the left as indicated.
From the region via the Leningrad Highway (E105):
follow the sign for “SHEREMETYEVO-1” and turn around near the settlement of Novopodrezkovo, then proceed along Sheremetyevskoye Highway similarly to the route from Moscow.
Toll highway M11 “Neva”:
the exit to Sheremetyevskoye Highway towards Terminals A, B, C is at the 28th km of the road (the current toll cost for the highway is available on the operator's website).
To the “Comfort” zone
In Parking B, go up the entry ramp to the 4th level. The route to the “Comfort” zone inside the parking building is marked on the signs placed above the roadway. When entering the “Comfort” zone, scan the barcode on your parking ticket by holding it up to the scanner at the entry booth.
The counting of paid time in the “Comfort” zone starts after scanning the ticket; the minimum chargeable time segment is 1 hour. A 10-minute grace period is provided for entering the “Comfort” zone from the moment of entry into the parking.
To the Terminal and back
Parking B is connected to Terminals B and C by a covered pedestrian gallery.

Fines in the station area
Free stay time in the "Arrival" zone (on transport lines along Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding the specified limit by the driver incurs a penalty of 3000 ₽/hour.
Free stay time in the "Departure" zone (on transport lines along the multi-level parking of Terminals B and C) is 10 minutes. Exceeding the 10-minute limit by the driver incurs a penalty of 3000 ₽/hour.
The same penalty is applied for the third and subsequent entries into the "Departure" and/or "Arrival" zones of Terminals B and C within two hours from the first entry.
