Update on parking rates at Sheremetyevo in June 2023

As of May 17, 2023, new <a href="https://parkingsvo.ru/yuridicheskaya-informacziya/pravila-polzovaniya.html">Rules</a> come into effect that define the procedure for dropping off taxi passengers at the terminal areas of Sheremetyevo International Airport.

According to the new version of the Rules, the drop-off of passengers arriving at Terminals B and C by taxi must be carried out exclusively in the "DEPARTURE" zone – on the access lanes along the buildings of Parking B and Parking C. After this, airport visitors will be able to proceed within just a few minutes via the overhead walkways from the parking lots to the Terminals, passing through security checks directly in the parking buildings.

Dropping off taxi passengers in the "ARRIVAL" zone will be considered a violation of the Rules, leading to measures being taken against the offending vehicle to block access to the terminal areas and Paid parking at Sheremetyevo International Airport for a period of 48 (forty-eight) hours.

This measure will help optimize traffic flow on the access roads and terminal area, making the boarding/alighting of passengers quicker and more comfortable.

The "Comfort" parking zone is becoming an increasingly popular location in Parking B. The zone is located on the 4th level of the parking facility, near the pedestrian gallery connecting the parking building with the terminals of the Northern complex. Within walking distance from the "Comfort" zone is the security screening point at the entrance to Terminal B (detailed rules for passing through security can be found in the section "Security Screening at the Entrance to the Terminals" on the official airport website).

The parking spaces in the "Comfort" zone are isolated from transit traffic, making it easier to park cars as well as to pick up or drop off passengers.

Customers of the "Comfort" parking zone can use one of several 11 kW electric vehicle charging stations for free. The stations are equipped with a Type 2 charging cable.

On June 27, 2022, the operation of Parking R18 was resumed, which had previously been closed due to the construction of the railway terminal. R18 is the "fastest" parking option for passengers of Terminal B: the walk to the terminal will take only 3-5 minutes.

The parking capacity is 269 spaces. The parking area is paved and illuminated, with clearly visible markings indicating parking spaces and driveways.

You can reach the parking lot via Sheremetyevo Highway, turning onto it from the Leningrad Highway (E105) or from the M11 "Neva" expressway. Without entering the terminal area, you should continue along Sheremetyevo Highway alongside Terminals B and C, and after 100 meters from the Terminal B building, turn right towards the parking entrance.

The cost for one hour of parking at R18 is 300 rubles (for more than two hours, a daily rate applies). The cost for each day of parking will be 900 rubles.

Parking R18 is a true surprise for history enthusiasts. In the center of the parking space stands an aviation monument to the Il-62M aircraft – the flagship of the Soviet civil aviation fleet. Since June 20, 2022, passengers and guests of Sheremetyevo Airport have access to a new parking area called "Comfort" – a special location in the Multi-Level Parking of Terminal B. It is located on the 4th level of the parking garage, near the pedestrian gallery that connects the parking building with the Terminal. Within walking distance from the designated parking spaces is the inspection point at the entrance to the Terminal.
The parking spaces in the "Comfort" zone are isolated from transit traffic, making it easier to park cars and ensuring safer boarding/alighting for passengers.
The "Comfort" zone includes a parking space for electric vehicles with free charging available. The electric space is equipped with a branded docking station from a well-known car manufacturer, with a capacity of 11 kW. To use the charging service, it is necessary to inform the parking dispatcher in advance by calling <a href="tel:89250029093">+7 (925) 002-90-93</a> and follow their instructions.
To enter and park your vehicle in the "Comfort" zone, use the ticket received upon entering the Terminal B parking garage. The cost for parking in the "Comfort" zone is 500 rubles per hour (after two hours, a daily rate applies). The cost for each day of parking will be 1400 rubles.

Parking P12 is located away from the airport, at the intersection of Novoe and Sheremetyevo highways. A free shuttle bus operates between Parking P12 and the Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C). Passengers of P12 are picked up and dropped off at the second lane from the Terminal B building, near the lighting pole numbered 99. The bus stop is marked with an appropriate informational sign. Client transfers from the parking lot are conducted around the clock, every 30 minutes (see the "Transfer Route Map").

Parking E/F is located on the territory of the Southern Terminal Complex (STC). From June 6, 2022, passengers can travel between the Southern Terminal Complex (STC) and the Northern Terminal Complex (Terminals B and C) on comfortable Aeroexpress trains. For customers of the multi-level parking at Terminals E/F, the transfer between the airport terminals during the day will be free.

Trains operate daily from 04:27 to 23:46, every 30-40 minutes. Between 07:30 and 19:10 (from STC) and from 07:50 to 19:40 (from NTK), the trip with a parking ticket will be free. At other times, the fare will be 50 rubles.

Sheremetyevo Airport, amid a reduction in international air travel, will suspend passenger service in Terminal D starting March 15 of this year. At the same time, the operation of the airport's parking facilities will be optimized.

Parking in the multi-level parking lot of Terminal D will be available only to airport and airline employees from that date. Access to the parking area can be made using personal vehicles with official passes or with cars from car-sharing services Delimobil, Citydrive, and Yandex.Drive.

Terminal D parking suspends services.

The car-sharing service <a href="https://citydrive.ru/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Citydrive</a> is now among the official partners of Sheremetyevo International Airport. This means that users of the service can complete their car rental for free on the airport premises or pick up a car upon arrival in Moscow.

Parking spaces for car-sharing vehicles are located on the 2nd level of the parking lot of Terminal B (STK, Northern Terminal Complex) and the 2nd level of the parking lot of Terminal D (UTC, Southern Terminal Complex). Both locations can be easily found in the Citydrive mobile app: to do this, open the car map, tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen, and apply the "Designated Parking" filter. If you then tap on the blue parking marker, a window with detailed information about it will open.

At Sheremetyevo, a convenient entry and exit algorithm based on license plate recognition is in place for car-sharing clients, without the use of a parking ticket. The parking rates at Sheremetyevo remain among the lowest compared to similar parking facilities at Moscow airports. The parking lots are equipped with elevators and comfortable inspection areas; covered pedestrian galleries lead from the parking lots to the terminals.

New rates for covered parking.

The Sheremetyevo International Airport has expanded the terminal area of the Northern Terminal Complex – STC (Terminals B and C) with the opening of the 4th transport line. The new two-lane access road separates transport flows to Terminals B and C (see traffic diagrams). Cars heading to the "Arrivals" zone of Terminal B now have the option of direct access. In turn, vehicles leaving the "Arrivals" zone of Terminal C can exit the airport immediately without needing to go through the terminal area of Terminal B. Thus, the additional 4th line has reduced the volume of transit traffic and increased the overall capacity of the terminal area.

Line No. 4 is marked on updated road signs on Sheremetyevskoye Highway and is taken into account in Yandex's mapping services when planning routes to Terminals B and C.

This project is part of a comprehensive program to improve road traffic in the airport area. Sheremetyevo International Airport, in collaboration with the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of Moscow and the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region, has previously implemented a number of improvements:

- Distribution of transport flows in the "Departure" and "Arrival" zones of the STC terminal area;
- Optimization of taxi operating rules;
- Reconstruction of exit groups in the "Arrival" zone of the STC;
- Organization of specialized sectors for passenger boarding by priority and types of transport in the terminal areas of Terminals B and C.

With the introduction of the additional transport line, the area of the "Arrival" zone of the STC has increased by 25%, and the number of entry groups has increased to 11 (by 60%). The average time for vehicles to pass through the "Arrival" zones of Terminals B and C has decreased from 58 seconds to 22 seconds (by 2.6 times), and the speed of movement has significantly increased – on average from 12 to 32 km/h. The expansion of the terminal area of the STC and the construction of exits from adjacent facilities and overhead pedestrian crossings on Aviatsionnaya Street have reduced the frequency and duration of traffic jams in the area of the transportation hub formed by Aviatsionnaya Street, Sheremetyevskoye Highway, and Lobnenskoye Highway by 4.8 times.

The renovation projects for the road infrastructure are actively supported by Yandex, thanks to which innovations are promptly reflected in the operations of Yandex.Go and Yandex.Maps applications.

Ремонтные работы с 23 августа по 15 октября 2025 года в паркингах терминалов В и С

С 16 октября 2025 года в Паркинге С работает специализированная парковочная зона для пассажиров с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ПОВЗ). Зона организована на третьем уровне паркинга &ndash; рядом с лифтовым холлом и пешеходной галереей, соединяющей паркинг с Терминалами В и С. Такое расположение позволяет минимизировать путь от автомобиля до пунктов досмотра и регистрации, обеспечивая дополнительное удобство.
Воспользоваться услугой можно при условии наличия сведений об автомобиле в Федеральном реестре инвалидов. Въезд в парковочную зону осуществляется через отдельный шлагбаум. При въезде необходимо связаться с диспетчером с помощью селектора громкой связи, установленного на стойке, и сообщить государственный номер автомобиля. После подтверждения права на бесплатное размещение транспортного средства путь в зону ПОВЗ будет открыт.
Особенность данного проекта &ndash; новый уровень персонализации: доступ к машино-месту осуществляется по индивидуальному запросу и сопровождается проверкой статуса клиента через государственные источники. Это позволяет обеспечить целевое использование зоны и максимально адаптировать инфраструктуру паркинга под нужды пассажиров с инвалидностью.

Парковка с заботой: новая зона для клиентов с инвалидностью в паркинге Терминала C

Cash bonuses are credited to the card with each purchase, allowing the client to use the parking services at Terminal D and nearby hotel parking for free, receive discounts at Duty Free, and enjoy other benefits.
The card can be quickly obtained directly at Sheremetyevo Airport. The card is issued based on a Russian or foreign passport.
"This unique loyalty program for Russia is our way of thanking passengers for using the airport's services," noted Denis Pashkovsky, Deputy General Director for Commercial Activities of JSC 'MASH'. "I am especially pleased that we are launching this program on the eve of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. As the main air gateway of the country, we will be sending and receiving many compatriots traveling to football matches, along with foreign guests. I am sure that many of our guests will find the variety of discounts, special opportunities, and privileges offered by the SVO club card very attractive."
The SVO club Mastercard can be standard or premium, with the possibility of opening a credit limit (up to 300,000 rubles for standard and up to 1 million rubles for premium).
The holder of the premium card receives 7% in bonuses for each purchase made in the "Travel" category (payment for air and train tickets, hotel bookings, car rentals), while the owner of the standard card is rewarded with 5%.
Bonuses for purchases in any retail stores within the airport amount to 5% regardless of the type of card, and when paying with the card in other categories in any stores outside the airport, it is 1%. One bonus equals one ruble.
The premium card entitles the holder to free parking directly in the multi-level parking of Terminal D for 14 days a year, while the standard card allows for 7 days. Free parking during the stay is also provided at Radisson Blu and Park Inn hotels located within the airport. Additionally, the cardholder can upgrade a standard room to "business" for free and receive a 10% discount at the hotel restaurants.
The discount at Imperial Duty Free Heinemann stores and the "Shokoladnitsa" restaurant within the airport is 10% for all SVO club cards from Binbank.
The premium card is profitable and multi-currency: up to 7% in bonuses is credited on the account balance, and the client is provided with three accounts — in rubles, dollars, and euros, which allows them to avoid losing funds on conversions when paying in foreign countries. The premium card allows for cash withdrawals without commission at any bank's ATM in Russia and abroad, as well as free insurance for traveling abroad for oneself and relatives with coverage up to 100,000 euros.
With the premium card, the client has unlimited access to the Mastercard business lounge at "Sheremetyevo" and business lounges at airports worldwide through the Lounge Key program.
Furthermore, premium cardholders are provided with personal bank manager service, concierge service, and 24/7 phone support with a dedicated number.
Service for SVO club cards is free if the following conditions are met: a salary of at least 150,000 rubles per month must be deposited into the premium card, and the monthly turnover at retail points for the standard card must be at least 25,000 rubles.
